Metric – Un vieil album édité – Grow Up And Blow Away

Indie rockers Metric are finally releasing Grow Up And Blow Away, an album recorded in 2002 for label Restless, who never actually released it. Toronto’s Last Gang has purchased the master recording, and will be releasing it in June. Metric will not tour behind “Grow Up And Blow Away,” but will perform on the second day of the Virgin Music Festival in Vancouver May 21, with speculation of performances of some of the songs.

In addition, the band have been writing and demoing for a new studio album that isn’t expected to be released until spring of 2008.
